Client satisfaction is our priority

Proper planning, clear communication, and a focused attention to detail allow us to meet client expectations, while producing a quality finished product built to last. We are constantly researching the latest building materials, applications, and techniques to grow with the industry and provide the highest quality construction.

I was referred to Tim from a co-worker of mine in 2016. I had just given birth two weeks before we moved into our new home in Oct. Tim was hired to convert a large add-on into two rooms (bedroom and dining room). Both rooms would require drywall, electrical, painting, new flooring and french doors. The project was completed in time for us to have our first Thanksgiving at our new home. In his proposal, Tim gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project. There were no hidden costs or extra expenses that I was not made aware of. I had solicited 3-4 bids for my remodeling project. Tim’s was not the lowest, but neither was he the highest. Because he came highly recommended by a co-worker, I was convinced he would deliver the best value for the price.

Tim used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. The subcontractors had good work habits and tidied up at the end of each workday. I appreciate the fact that they were conscientious about our baby by sealing off the work areas completely to avoid getting the dust in other parts of the house.

Tim was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different crews and oversaw the project from start to finish. Tim kept me informed of the work crew schedules, delivery dates and project completion dates of different phases. He was always available via phone or email. There were unforseen problems (i.e., doors I ordered from Home Depot arriving late), but Tim always worked diligently to identity a solution.

After the remodeling was completed, though Tim was busy between jobs, he found time to come out to build and install built in bookcases. We are getting designs ready and starting the permit process for a kitchen reno and deck addition. We look forward to working with Tim again!
